Ricardo Disdier
Certified Personal Trainer
Ricardo currently works as an independent certified personal trainer in San Juan, Puerto Rico, mainly in the areas of Condado, Miramar, Ocean Park and Santurce.
Ricardo Disdier was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After graduating high school from Academia del Perpetuo Socorro, Ricardo attended The University of Tampa in Florida. He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. After college, Ricardo moved to San Antonio, Texas where he worked as the General Manager at Brooks City Base Health and Wellness Center and was also one of the League Directors for Stone Oak Athletics.
After nearly two years in San Antonio, Ricardo moved back to Puerto Rico and got certified as a personal trainer in 2014 with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and by the Department of
Sports and Recreation of Puerto Rico.
